title:{The wedding}

Yesterday i had a sumptuous meal... First at my cousin's house, eating buffet. I came in late, so didnt see the tea ceremony. I heard that the bride was gorgeous with the make-up on, so just missed it.

it was my cousin's wedding yesterday...

After that went back home and dressed up. Cause later on have to attend the wedding dinner. THe dinner was at Ritz Carlton, so got to wear something nice, i supposed. Cause my parents said this place is a six-stars hotel, so got to wear smth decent. I wore a polka dots dress, abit retro. And my sis helped me put the makeup, and i really cant stand not to blink just for 3 seconds. So when she did the mascara for me, i kept on blinking and she snapped me. I really don't like to put on mascara so when there is special occasion then i will put it on. My sis bought the shisedo cleansing foam... i shld have bought it... but. haiz... next time ba.

We went there by car and Ritz Carlton was near the esplanade. When we went it, the place was quite grand, and those waitresses walking around holding the drinks to serve the guests. Some of the ladies were gorgeous, some wore as if they going to perform Latin dance, others were just simple and sweet. Some guys wore the coat with jeans and other dressed rather smartly that my eyes can't take off them. My sister said some guys wore until like ah beng. Maybe some.

Then we went to the toilet and i was rather shocked and amused. I've never been to a toilet so grand and shiny. haha...There is so many lights and as if the place was made of gold. But i know it wasn't. There is even a couch in the toilet! So clean...and the there is even towels in the washing area. There is even a properly attired lady directed us to the toilet. I always watch this on tv and never have experienced it myself. So it is really an eye-opening for me! Maybe i abit "su ku".

We went in for the dinner. The atmosphere was there... with those colourful holland roses which made the place rather romantic. But i expect the place to be more grand... i was stunned when the bride and the grooms made vows... Hmm...cause i've never seen this happened during the dinner. But is really quite sweet when the groom said to the bride that he will take care of her forever and ever... till the day he dies... I could see the sincerity. Cause it takes alot of courage to tell your true feelings in thousands of eyes staring at you. I think that this new couple had a memorable and sweet wedding yesterday...

About the food! Erm..not bad actually. But the waitress sliced the food for us. It's good that we can eat it conveniently, but perhaps the amount or portion that we wanted to eat is not met. But i like the marinated chicken with some special sauce, cold dish, sharks' fins soup also. Abit disappointed with the abalone...haiz.

Then comes to the photo taking... Hmm...nothing special happened. jus take the photo only. I saw the brides' 3 brothers. Erm they wore the same suit, and look smart. The brides' parents maybe like to dance or they are dancers! They shld participate in the dancefloor.

So we reached home about 12:30am.

Today my mum sprained her leg while she is going to work. Got to accompany her go see doctor tmr. Hope she recovers soon...
